Apple, Celery, and Fennel Salad
We love a crisp, cool salad to off set all of the meat and potatoes piled high on our holiday table. This seasonal beauty is definitely that, plus, because there is no lettuce involved, it won't be all limp and wilty when you go up for seconds. (Or thirds!)
What You Need:
2 heads fennel, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced crosswise
1 bunch celery, thinly sliced on a bias
2 apples, cored and thinly sliced
¾ cup Tessemae’s Cracked Pepper
½ cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
What To Do:
Toss together the fennel, celery, apples and Cracked Pepper. Top with the hazelnuts.
