What you need

4 cups sweet corn , from about 6 ears -
1 0 slices bacon, cooked chopped -
½ red onion , finely diced -
1 plum tomato, seeded and finely diced 1 jalapeño, finely diced Tessemae’s Creamy Ranch Dressing -
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
What you do

Stand corn up in a shallow bowl and cut downward with a chef's knife to remove the kernels. -
Toss corn with bacon, onion, tomato, jalapeño and Creamy Ranch. -
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
