Hey There! Meet Ketchup.
We all love ketchup. But here at the Tessemae's treefort, we were desperate for a ketchup that didn't have refined sugars. High fructose corn syrup is terrifying, and plain old white sugar is pretty scary, too. So we locked Matt in the test kitchen and made him come up with a delicious ketchup that used only our organic date puree as a sweetener. He's a pretty clever guy, so here it is...
