Grilled Honey Lime Shrimp
Our grilling celebration continues! (Order your Tesse Grill Pack here now!) This easy grilled shrimp is a prefect quick cooking Happy Hour app. Try it with a shandy, Summery brewski, or a tequila spritzer. They are also great to top fresh greens for an easy dinner salad!
What you need
1 ½ pounds large (16/20) shrimp (raw, peeled, tail on)
2 limes
¼ cup Tessemae’s Honey Mustard
coarse salt and ground pepper
3 scallions, thinly sliced (optional)
What to do
Heat your grill to high. Zest and then juice one of the limes. Cut the other lime into wedges and save for serving.
Place the shrimp in a dish and toss with the lime juice, 2 tablespoons Honey Mustard, and season with salt and pepper. Grill the shrimp until just cooked through, about 4 minutes total, turning once.
Transfer the shrimp to a bowl or platter and toss with the remaining 2 tablespoons Honey Mustard and the reserved lime zest. Serve with the lime wedges, more honey mustard, and top with the scallions if using.
