Crisp Turkey Lettuce Wraps with Chili Garlic Mayo
Tired of your BORING turkey sandwich? Crisp things up with these fresh and spicy lettuce wraps. They are so easy to make and fun to eat. We also tested them with our Soy Ginger instead of the mayo, it was a split vote.
What you need
For the Mayo:
1/4 cup Tessemae’s Mayo
1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
1 scallion, finely chopped
For the Wraps:
1 cucumber
1 bell pepper
4 red leaf lettuce leaves
8 ounces best quality deli turkey, or shredded rotisserie chicken
1 avocado
What to do
First, stir together the mayo, chili garlic sauce, and scallions. Divide between containers.
Next prep your wraps. Halve the cucumber, seed it, and cut into strips. Cut the bell pepper into strips. Divide the turkey, cucumber, and bell pepper between the lettuce leaves. Pack up the wraps in airtight containers. Halve the avocado and cover tightly with plastic wrap.
To serve, slice the avocado and add it to the wraps. Drizzle with the mayo.
