Smoked Salmon Tartare with Sweet Potato Chips
Since it's the first day of Hanukkah, we decided to post a fun holiday app that celebrates the holiday (sweet potato chips are fried in oil!) but doesn't have all of the labor involved in fresh latkes. Of course, we do happen to have a latke recipe too, if you need one...
What you need
4 ounces sliced smoked salmon, chopped
2 teaspoons finely minced shallots
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill, plus sprigs for serving
3 tablespoons Tessemae’s Green Goddess or Zesty Ranch Dressing
sweet potato chips, for serving
What to do
Mix together the salmon, shallots, dill and dressing. Chill until ready to serve, up to one day.
Serve the mixture in a bowl with chips for dipping, or spoon onto chips and top with dill sprigs.
