Classic Kale Caesar
It's here!!!!!!!! Our amazingly delicious creamy Caesar dressing that is also: dairy free! paleo! whole 30! Earth Kosher! NGMO! And of course, full of 100% real honest ingredients (and love). Our version of Caesar Salad uses hearty greens and crunchy seeds. It's perfect.
Serves 4
What You Need:
2 bunch (20 ounces) curly or lacitano kale2/3 cup Tessemae’s Caesar Dressing
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
4 pieces seared salmon, skirt steak, or boneless skinless chicken thighs
What To Do:
- A few leaves at a time, Lay the kale flat on your cutting board and thinly sliced crosswise. Stop when you get to the stem. Discard the stems.
- Toss the kale with the Classic Caesar and the sunflower seeds. Top with the cooked meat and another drizzle of Caesar. (If using chicken or steak, slice the meat before adding to the salad.)
