This easy one pan meal for two is ready in under 30 minutes! You won't believe how tasty this one is, with so little effort.
What you need
12 ounces Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 acorn squash, halved and sliced into half moons
½ cup Tessemae’s Honey Balsamic
2 slices bacon, cut into ½ inch pieces
coarse salt and fresh ground black pepper
2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons Tessemae's Slow Roasted Garlic
What to do
- Heat your oven to 450. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.
- Arrange the Brussels sprouts on one side and the squash with the other. Drizzle with ¼ cup Honey Balsamic. Sprinkle the bacon over the Brussels sprouts. Season everything with salt and pepper. Roast until the veggies are just tender, about 10 minutes.
- Remove pan from the oven, push the veggies to each side. Arrange the salmon in the middle. Spread the Slow Roasted Garlic between the salmon, then drizzle the salmon and veggies with the remaining Honey Balsamic. Roast until the salmon is cooked through and the veggies are nicely browned, about 12 minutes.
