Baked Ranch Chicken
Well HELLO there new best friend! Our NEW Ranch Mayo is a Ranch Lover's dream come true! We smothered chicken with this amazing condiment for a no-fuss weeknight meal. Too good not to try!

What you need
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6-8 ounces each)Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
½ cup almond meal
½ cup Tessemae’s Ranch Mayonnaise
What you do
- Heat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment or foil.
- Arrange chicken on the baking sheet and season both sides with salt and pepper. Spread tops with the Ranch Mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle almond meal over the Ranch Mayonnaise and press to help it stick.
- Roast until lightly browned and the chicken reads 165F on an internal thermometer, about 30 minutes. Serve the chicken with more Ranch Mayo and your favorite veggies.
