Buffalo Chicken & Bacon Salad Lettuce Wraps
These wraps make an awesome family style dinner! Bonus, you can pack up the components for a great make ahead lunch.
Makes 4 servings
What you need
8 slices of bacon
1 rotisserie chicken or 4 chicken breasts, shredded
2-3 tablespoons Tessemae’s Buffalo Sauce
2 ribs celery, diced
1 small bunch parsley, chopped
½ cup Tessemae’s Creamy Ranch
2 heads of butter lettuce
1 lemon, cut into wedges
1 avocado, halved, pitted and diced
coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
What you do
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Arrange the bacon on a foil lined sheet pan and cook until crisp, about 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl stir together the shredded chicken, celery, parsley, Creamy Ranch and Buffalo Sauce; season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the chicken salad with bacon, lettuce leaves, avocado and lemon wedges.
