Cilantro Lime Tuna Ceviche
Hello beautiful! Our NEW Pantry Cilantro Lime Ranch is the bright, fresh flavor of your dreams! You could drink it right from the bottle, but it may be a bit more balanced to try it on this cool and crisp tuna dish.
Makes 4 servings
What you need
1 pound fresh ahi tuna, cubed
¼ red onion, finely chopped
1 Persian cucumber, finely diced
½ jalapeno, finely chopped
1 avocado, diced
½ roma tomato, finely diced
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons Tessemae’s Pantry Cilantro Lime Ranch, plus more for serving
coarse salt and fresh ground pepper
What you do
- Place a metal mixing bowl over another metal mixing bowl filled with ice. Gently toss all ingredients together in the top mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately, drizzled with plenty more Pantry Cilantro Lime Ranch. We love this as an app or dip with cucumber rounds, bell peppers, or chips! It also makes a great bowl served over greens, veggies, or rice.
