Here it is—check out our brand spanking new Creamy Ranch, available in stores at the end of this month! We used it to cook up a batch of unbelievable treats—just a simple combination of bacon, our new Creamy Ranch and perfectly cooked hard boiled eggs. *kisses fingertips*
What you need
12 large eggs
3 slices bacon, chopped
2 scallions, trimmed and finely chopped
1/3 cup Tessemae’s Creamy Ranch
1 tablespoon Tessemae’s Dijon mustard
What you do
- Place eggs in a large saucepan, cover with cold water by about an inch and bring to a full boil. Cover, turn off the heat, and let stand 11 minutes. Drain the eggs and run under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Once the eggs have cooled, peel and halve them. Put the yolks in a bowl and set aside.
- Cook bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat until browned and crisp. Transfer bacon to a paper-towel lined plate, and strain drippings through a fine mesh sieve into bowl with egg yolks; stir in half of bacon, half of chopped scallions, Ranch, and Dijon. Spoon the yolk mixture into the whites.
- Garnish deviled eggs with reserved bacon and remaining chopped scallions.
