Creamy Ranch Potato Salad
Mix Tessemae’s Organic Mayonnaise and Creamy Ranch Dressing with tender steamed red potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, and chopped celery hearts for an easy and classic summer side dish.

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds red skinned potatoes, scrubbed½ cup Tessemae’s Creamy Ranch Dressing
¼ cup Tessemae’s Mayonnaise
3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1 cup finely chopped celery hearts
¼ cup minced red onion
½ teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a simmer and cook until the potatoes are tender when tested with the tip of a sharp knife, 12 to 18 minutes depending on size. Drain and let cool.
- Whisk Tessemae’s Ranch Dressing and Ranch Mayonnaise in a large bowl. Cut the potatoes into bite sized pieces and add to the dressing. Add eggs, celery, onion, salt and pepper and toss to coat. Chill or serve immediately.
