Easy Baby Back Ribs
These Easy Baby Back Ribs melt in your mouth. So easy and delicious!
2 slabs pork spareribs1 tablespoon coarse salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup Tessemae's Matty's
What you do
- Heat your oven to 375. Combine rub ingredients in a small bowl. Season ribs all over with rub. Place each slab on a large piece of aluminum foil and wrap it up. Put the packages side by side on a rimmed baking sheet (this will catch any juices that escape).
- Roast until the meat is tender, about 90 minutes. To check tenderness, peel back the foil and pry the meat slightly with a fork. It should be starting to pull apart, but still have some resistance. It’s a good idea to check after an hour, then again at 90 minutes.
- Heat your grill to medium-high. Take the ribs out of the foil, leaving liquid behind and place on the grill rounded side down. Baste the side that is up with BBQ and grill, covered, about 2 minutes. Use tongs to flip robs over. Baste BBQ on the rounded top side of the ribs. Cover gill and cook until glazed, about 2 more minutes.
- Transfer ribs to a cutting board. Cut apart by standing ribs on their side. Hold into each rib and run a knife down the bone to separate. Repeat with all ribs. Serve with plenty more BBQ Sauce.
