Easy Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Just when you thought pulled pork couldn’t get any easier OR more delicious, we went and came up with a new recipe that uses our own yellow mustard in the spice rub. We inhaled these sandwiches topped with more Matty's BBQ Sauce and our mayo. Yep, you heard that right. Mayo.
Makes 8 servings
What you need
¼ cup Tessemae’s Yellow Mustard
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
4 pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 bottle Tessemae’s Matty’s BBQ Sauce
8 hamburger buns
What you do
- Heat oven to 325F. Stir together mustard and spices and rub all over pieces of pork. Place pork in a roasting pan, cover with foil and roast for 3 hours.
- Remove foil and roast until well browned, about an additional 1 hour. Let pork rest for 20 minutes, then shred using two forks, discarding any fatty bits. Stir BBQ sauce into pork and serve on buns.
