Seared Pork Chops with Snap Pea & Tomato Slaw

What you need
8 thinly sliced center cut pork chops
1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons Tessemae’s Pantry Classic Italian, plus additional for drizzling
12 ounces snap peas, trimmed and very thinly sliced on the diagonal
1 pint cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cup oregano leaves
coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
What you do
- Marinate pork chops in ¼ cup Italian dressing for at least 15 minutes and up to 1 hour.
- Place sliced snap peas, tomato slices and oregano in a large bowl and drizzle with 3 tablespoons Italian dressing and salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve pork with slaw.
