Grilled Habanero Ranch Corn on the Cob
Our version of Esquites (Mexican street corn) is probably the most delicious corn on the cob you will ever eat. Ok, ok. It is DEFINITELY the most delicious corn you will ever eat. Be the hero of your next BBQ and make some!

What you need
8 ears corn, shucked1/2 cup Tessemae’s Habanero Ranch
1/2 cup finely crumbled Cotija or feta cheese
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
1 lime, cut into wedges
What you do
- Heat grill to medium high. Grill corn, until cooked through and lightly charred, about 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
- One at a time, hold each corn cob over a bowl and spoon Habanero Ranch over corn to coat. Sprinkle with cotija, cilantro and chili powder. Serve immediately, with lime wedges.
