Lemon Garlic Shrimp Boil

Our Lemon Garlic and Old Bay seasoning make this Chesapeake boil super flavorful! Your friends and family will love this easy, hands on, family style meal!
Makes 4 servings
What you need
1/2 white onion, roughly chopped1 tablespoon Old Bay seafood seasoning
1 pound baby potatoes, halved if large
2 pounds large shrimp, shell on
1 pound chicken sausage, cut into rounds
2 ears corn on the cob, halved
3 pouches or ½ cup Tessemae’s Lemon Garlic Dressing
Coarse salt and ground pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges
What you do
- In a large pot (10 qt) or Dutch oven, bring 12 cups water, onion and Old Bay to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and add the potatoes. Cook until almost tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in the shrimp, sausage, and corn. Return to a simmer and cook until the shrimp are opaque throughout and the potatoes are tender, about 5 minutes more.
- Once all the ingredients are cooked through, drain the water, keeping shrimp mixture in the pot, and toss everything with 3 tablespoons or 1 pouch Lemon Garlic. Serve immediately over newspaper, with lemons, more Lemon Garlic, and plenty of paper towels!
