Red, White, & Blueberry Caprese
We re-imagined caprese salad into the perfect, simple 4th of July side dish. The sweetness of blueberries and tangy Balsamic are a dream combo!
Makes 8 servingsWhat you need
3 large tomatoes
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 pound fresh mozzarella
1 cup blueberries
½ cup basil leaves
¼ cup Tessemae’s Balsamic Vinaigrette or Pantry Classic Balsamic
coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
What you do
Arrange tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and blueberries on a platter. Drizzle with Tessemae’s Pantry Balsamic and season with salt and pepper.
