Spicy Tuna Sushi Rolls
Making sushi at home does not have to be complicated! Just buy the freshest tuna you can find, stir in our Mayo and a few seasonings and dinner is ready!
Makes 4 servings
What you need
1 cup sushi rice1 pound sushi grade ahi tuna
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 teaspoon chili oil
1 tablespoon Tessemae’s Mayonnaise
2 scallions, finely chopped
1⁄2 teaspoon sesame seeds
4 sheets seaweed
What you do
- Cook your sushi rice according to the package instructions and set aside.
- Finely chop the ahi tuna and mix with sesame oil, coconut aminos, sriracha, chili oil, Mayo, scallions and sesame seeds. Stir and set aside.
- Make your sushi rolls by laying out your seaweed and adding your sticky sushi rice and then your ahi tuna mixture, roll up tightly and thinly slice to make rolls. Serve with more coconut animos for dipping.
