Sweet Potato Bites with Avocado Ranch
So easy it barely needs a recipe! Just slice sweet potatoes, toss with Lemon Garlic on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, and bake at 400 until tender and browned. The most important step?! Dip those babies in Avocado Ranch!!
PS- These are GREAT cold! SO make a big batch and store in the fridge for an easy snack all week long.
