Teriyaki Pork Lettuce Wraps
When we all tasted this recipe the same question kept coming up. "Wait, what? Teriyaki and pork are the ONLY ingredients? Are you sure??" Our Teriyaki is just that good. This spread makes for easy entertaining, just mix up the veggies and let your friends wrap what they want.
What you need
1 package bean thread noodles (*see tip below!)
Tessemae’s Soy Ginger Dressing, as needed
1 ½ pound ground pork
½ cup Tessemae’s Teriyaki Sauce
I head bibb lettuce leaves
1 english cucumber, halved and sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup shredded carrots
4 scallions, thinly sliced
What to do
Cook or soak the noodles according to the package instructions. Once they are drained and ready, toss with some Soy Ginger.
Heat a large skillet over medium high, Add the pork and cook until browned and cooked through. Add the Teriyaki and cook until the pork is coated.
Serve the pork with the lettuce, veggies, noodles and plenty more Teriyaki sauce!
*Tip: Adding noodles gives these wraps added texture, but it's not mandatory. Skip them if you want, or try any noodle you can think of! Rice noodles, soba, even zucchini or sweet potato noodles! The options go on for days.
