Early Bird Gets the Worm!
When was the last time you woke up at 4:30am? Never? Its okay, you can start tomorrow. My brothers and I have found the key to get your day started properly is to get your blood flowing in the early morning. Early morning stimulation of your mind and body will transform your mediocre day to a day of excellence and execution.
This is how our mornings shape up:
4:30am- Wake up. Get your brain stimulated- read 5 pages of a book. Eat a pre-workout snack.
5:15am- Arrive at the gym and warm up.
5:30am- Workout.
6:30am- Workout completed.
7:00am- Breakfast, Coffee and To Do List.
We have found muscle confusion is a key to getting a great workout in:
Overload, Strength, Strength-Speed, Speed-Strength, Explosive.
We load up on protein post workout. Eggs are a staple. (I eat 4 of them!) Try hard boiled with hot sauce if you are on the go, or try one of these if you are at home: Kale & Avocado Scramble, Frittata Muffins, Smoked Salmon Scramble, Power Protein Frittata.
