Prosciutto Wrapped Peaches with Mint & Balsamic
What can we say about these? They are so ridiculously delicious it's hard to describe. Do yourself a favor and make them. They will be at every Tesse party from now until peaches are no more!
What you need
2 large, ripe peaches
8 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
16 mint leaves
1 tablespoon Tessemae’s Balsamic
What to do
Halve each peach and scoop out the pit. Cut each half into quarters so that you have 16 total pieces. Wrap each peach slice in prosciutto, tucking a mint leaf inside.
Arrange the peaches on a platter and drizzle with the Balsamic. Serve with toothpicks for a two bite snack, or as an appetizer with fork and knife.
