BBQ Glazed Salmon with Horseradish Mayo
This recipe is packed with super intense flavor. Our tangy spiced BBQ sauce glazes the fish (broiling salmon is so easy it will make you laugh.) Our quick stir together sauce is great on this dish, but you will want to put it on everything...
What you need
4 wild salmon fillets, skin on (6 ounces each)
4 tablespoons Tessemae’s Matty’s BBQ
1/2 cup Tessemae’s Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish or 1 tablespoon freshly grated        Â
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
coarse salt and ground pepperÂ
What to do
- Heat your broiler. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and arrange the salmon on top, skin side down. Spread the BBQ between the fillets. Broil the salmon until just cooked through, 4 to 6 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes to rest.
- While the salmon cooks, make the sauce: Whisk together the Mayo, horseradish, lemon juice, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the salmon with the sauce.
Tip: Leave the skin on salmon for broiling! It helps keep the fish moist. Just slide a spatula between the skin and meat when you are taking it off of the baking sheet, it will slide right off.
