Tomato & Avocado Salad with Soy Ginger
Nothing like juicy summer tomatoes. We love them simply drizzled with our Lemon Garlic or Balsamic. But, for an unexpected twist to change it up, try paring your tomatoes with avocado, scallions, and our Soy Ginger. This salad is a game changer. Best part? It takes all of 5 minutes to make.
Serves 4-6
What you need
2 pounds ripe Summer tomatoes (2-3), sliced
2 whole avocados, sliced
4 scallions, sliced
coarse salt and ground pepper
1/4 cup Tessemae’s Soy Ginger Dressing
What to do
Spread the tomatoes and avocado on a platter. Scatter the scallions on top and drizzle with Soy Ginger.
