A: I make the sauce. Really, I create all the dressings and run the manufacturing.

A: Matty’s BBQ Sauce, because it has my name on it. But I still do love my mom’s Lemon Garlic.

Q: What gets you jazzed about going to work every day?
A: There’s never a dull moment. We’re growing continually, so every day there is something new to learn.

Q: What's your favorite place in the world you’ve traveled to?
A: I lived in London for a year after college, so it feels like a second home to me.
