Soy Ginger Salmon
We've been recommending this recipe to our customers since the dawn of time. Actually, since we released Sesame Ginger.
What you need
¼ cup Tessemae's Sesame Ginger or Soy Ginger
4 skinless salmon filets, about 6 ounces each
Coarse salt and fresh ground pepper
What to do
In a baking dish, pour the Sesame Ginger over the salmon, then season with salt and pepper. Let marinate at least 30 minutes at room temperature or up to one day refrigerated.
Heat your broiler to high. Transfer the salmon to a foil lined baking sheet. Broil the salmon, without turning over, until browned and just cooked through, 6-8 minutes. (We used sustainably farmed salmon for this dish -- if you use wild, don’t cook the fish for as long.) Serve with green beans, bok choy, or another favorite side, and lots more Sesame Ginger for drizzling.
