Buffalo Chicken Dip
This Buffalo Chicken Dip is everything you love about the iconic game-day appetizer, made super simply with shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and creamy ranch dressing. It’s filled and topped with a blend of cheddar and monterey jack cheeses, and finished with thinly sliced scallions for a fresh bite. Serve this dip with carrot sticks, celery sticks, crackers, potato chips, and toasted baguette!

WHAT YOU NEED
2½ cups cooked, shredded chicken8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
½ cup Tessemae’s Buffalo Sauce
⅓ cup Tessemae’s Creamy Ranch dressing
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
6 ounces freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 ounces freshly grated monterey jack cheese
1-2 scallions, thinly sliced
Carrot and celery sticks, for dipping
Crackers, chips, baguette, etc. for dipping
WHAT YOU DO
- Preheat oven to 375℉. To a medium mixing bowl, add the chicken, cream cheese, Tessemae’s Buffalo Sauce, Tessemae’s Creamy Ranch Dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, half of the cheddar cheese, and a third of the monterey jack cheese. Stir to combine. Spread mixture evenly into a medium baking dish, and top with remaining cheddar and monterey jack.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly. Let cool for several minutes, then sprinkle with scallions. Serve with carrot sticks, celery sticks, crackers, chips, baguette, or other dippers of your choosing!
