Garlic Roasted Pork Tenderloins

What you need
2 tablespoons Tessemae’s Lemon Garlic
4 Pork tenderloins (about ¾- 1 lb each)
Coarse salt and ground pepper
8 tablespoons slow roastedgarlic
What you do
- Heat your oven to 425F. Pat pork tenderloins dry and season all over with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoons Lemon Garlic in a large skillet over medium high. Add 2 pork tenderloins and brown on all sides. Transfer to a foil lined baking sheet and repeat with remaining pork and Lemon Garlic.
- Spoon the Slow Roasted garlic over the pork, then transfer to the oven. Roast until pork registers 145F on an instant read thermometer, 15 to 20 minutes. Let rest at least 10 minutes before slicing.
