Lemony Roasted Broccoli

What you need
1 lemon
1 ½ pounds broccoli florets (16 cups, from 2-3 large heads)
1/4 cup Tessemae’s Lemon Garlic Dressing
coarse salt and fresh ground black pepper
What you do
- Heat your oven to 425. Very thinly slice the lemon. Make sure to throw out all of the seeds.
- On one sheet pan, drizzle the lemon and broccoli florets with the Lemon Garlic, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Divide between 2 sheet pans and roast until the broccoli and lemons are tender and nicely browned, about 15 minutes.
