Habanero Ranch Shrimp Salad
Keepin' it simple! These juicy shrimp and our Habanero Ranch are all you need to turn a few simple veggies into a drool worthy meal!
Makes 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
10 ounces mixed salad greens
2 avocados, sliced
2 cups cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
4 small Persian cucumbers, cut into ribbons with a vegetable peeler
½ red onion, finely diced
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons ghee
1 ½ pounds large peeled and deveined shrimp or prawns
coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
1 cup Tessemae’s Habanero Ranch
METHOD
- Divide greens, avocado, cilantro and cucumbers, onion and sesame seeds between salad bowls.
- Heat ghee in a large skillet over medium high. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper and cook until opaque throughout, about 2 minutes per side.
- Serve shrimp over prepared salads, with plenty of Habanero Ranch.
