Total Time: 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS
Avocado oil or organic canola oil (for oiling grill)
4 large bone-in pork loin chops, patted dry
1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
¼ cup Tessemae’s Ranch Mayonnaise
METHOD
- Preheat grill to medium high heat. Soak a paper towel with oil. Lay pork chops on platter or baking sheet. Sprinkle on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Clean grill grate. Grasp oiled towel with tongs and pull along the grill grates to oil the cooking surface just before grilling. Add pork chops to the grill and close cover. Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side, depending on thickness of chops. Remove the pork to the baking sheet and brush on both sides with Tessemae’s ranch Mayonnaise. Return to the grill and sear 1 minute per side to brown the mayonnaise. Remove the chops to a clean patter, tent with foil and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
